• Rural Generalist Caseload: A mix of inpatient, outpatient, and community services.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor one entry-level physiotherapist.
• Collaboration: Work alongside three other senior physiotherapists across the region, fostering a collaborative and supportive professional environment.
